THE ASK
- Introduce branded steel to customers in semi-urban and rural areas for both JSW Shoppe & JSW Connect.
- Create a nationwide network of 800 stores, soon to be followed by 400 more.
- Enable buyers to directly view displayed products, purchase products, understand applications and avail related services, including financing.
THE SOLUTION
- We presented 5 concepts for JSW after an in-depth brainstorming session.
- After the final approval, the selected concept was brought to life in the form of an engaging retail environment that fulfilled all the client’s requirements.
THE RESULTS
Transformed over 250 JSW Shoppe outlets and over 300 JSW Connect outlets

After completing around 10 stores we found that the design & specifications were variable, which was having a negative impact on final appearance. So in order to overcome this issue, we created a brand manual where each element’s specifications were provided with detailed drawings.
